Cody To Have New United Express Flights to Chicago in Summer 2014

Yellowstone Regional Airport located in Cody, Wyoming today announced that United Airlines will expand service to the area for the upcoming summer season. In addition, to providing two daily United Express regional jet flights to Denver, United will offer a non-stop flight to Chicago O’Hare International Airport departing Cody on Sunday mornings during the summer.
SkyWest Airlines will operate the service as United Express, using Canadair CRJ-700 regional jet aircraft with 66 seats; six in United First and 60 in United Economy, including 28 Economy Plus extra-legroom seats. The new service will operate June 28 through August 17, 2014. The flight will depart Chicago O’Hare on Saturday evenings at 6:00 p.m. and arrive Cody at 7:57 p.m. The return flight will depart Cody on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. and arrive Chicago O’Hare at 11:42 a.m. The flights are timed for easy connections at United’s Chicago hub to and from many international destinations which are important for tourist traveling to Cody and Yellowstone National Park.
The new flights will be available for sale at united.com beginning February 1, 2014.
The new United Express regional jet service to Chicago O’Hare International Airport is made possible by the joint efforts of the Yellowstone Regional Airport, Wyoming Department of Aeronautics, and the Cody Yellowstone Air Improvement Resources (CY Air) group.
